Mackenzie Expands Veteran Hours to Serve More Local Heroes

BETHLEHEM – Veterans and their families now have more opportunities to access critical services thanks to new Veteran Assistance Hours offered by Rep. Milou Mackenzie (R-Lehigh/Montgomery/Northampton). In addition to the regular hours held on the fourth Wednesday of each month at her Bethlehem office, Mackenzie is introducing Veteran Assistance Hours on the third Wednesday of each month at her Red Hill office, further enhancing support for local veterans.

The next service hours will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 15, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Red Hill office, located at 56 W. Fourth St. in Red Hill. Veteran services will also be available on Wednesday, Jan. 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Bethlehem office, located at 1425 Mountain Dr. N. in Bethlehem.

Services available to veterans and their dependents include assistance with compensation, pension and death benefits, education, health care, and more. Membership in the American Legion is not required to access these services.
